Join us for BCE's festive fan-favorite event! Let's journey through a wintery soundscape at Boston's iconic Old South Church and sprinkle some holiday cheer. Warm your hearts and toes as we chase away the cold and dark with music both classic and modern:

• Francis Poulenc’s haunting O Magnum Mysterium

• Three of Arvo Pärt’s stunning Magnificat Antiphons

• The Norwegian folk melody, Wintertide, arranged by Ola Gjeilo

• John Rutter’s atmospheric setting of Shakespare poem’s Blow, Blow, Thou Winter Wind

• Sara Teasedale’s hopeful poem Winter Stars set to Jake Runestad’s beautiful music

• A choral arrangement of the joyful Solstice Carol, originally performed the Wyrd Sisters

• Beloved holiday carols, including Silent Night, Joy to the World, and Deck the Halls
