This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Boston Choral Ensemble collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the bostonchoral.org website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Boston Choral Ensemble.

When ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other information to help respond to inquiries, coordinate auditions, complete purchases, buy tickets, join our mailing list, or complete an application for our commission competition.

According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:

  • Users can visit our site anonymously.
  • Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page.
  • Our Privacy Policy link will include the word ‘Privacy’ and will be easily found on the page specified above.
  • Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes by notice on our privacy policy page.
  • Users will be able to change their personal information by emailing us.

How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?

Yes.  In order to better improve our website experience, we participate in third party behavioral tracking.
